Panchkarma is a set of five classical Ayurvedic cleansing procedures — Vaman, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshan. When performed under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician, it is completely safe and well-tolerated. All our procedures are conducted by Dr. Neha Kulkarni-Pimpale following thorough Prakriti assessment.
The number of sessions depends on your condition, its chronicity, and your Prakriti. Acute conditions may resolve in 7–14 days, while chronic ailments can require 21–30 day programmes. Dr. Neha will design a personalised treatment plan after your initial consultation.
Yes, Ayurvedic treatment works best with complementary dietary adjustments (Pathya). You will receive a customised dietary plan aligned with your dosha and treatment protocol — typically light, easily digestible foods that support the healing process.
In most cases, yes. Ayurvedic herbs and treatments can complement ongoing allopathic treatment. However, please inform Dr. Neha about all current medications so she can advise on safe integrative protocols and avoid any herb-drug interactions.
